If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for all products made on demand, excluding digital products.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Please note that wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds.

Please specify your Order Number and the products you wish to return, with a detailed description of the problem and quality images where we can identify the problem. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. To return products, all orders are marked with a return address to the closest distribution centre, minimizing return costs.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
